Reunion Dates – 26-30 April 2020
Our 2020 reunion in Portland, Oregon will be held at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. The reunion dates will be April 26, 2020 (check-in) to April 30 (check-out). Check-in time is 4:pm, check-out time is 12:pm. Situated on airport grounds the Sheraton provides a 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from Portland International Airport (PDX), and Cascade Station (outdoor shopping center). Complimentary on-site parking is available.
The cost of the hotel is $125.68 per night. This rate includes hotel occupancy taxes. Reunion rates will be available 3 days prior to and 3 days past the reunion dates. Included in the group rate is a hot American breakfast buffet each morning.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant rooms are available. Refrigerators and room safes are in each room. If desired, microwaves can be requested. The hotel provides complimentary wifi and a 24 hour fitness center. In addition, the hospitality room accommodations meet our needs.

Two special events have been scheduled for us to enjoy during our time in Portland. The first one is a two hour lunch cruise aboard the Portland Spirit on the Willamette River on Monday, cost is $70.00 per person. In addition to a delicious lunch, entertainment will be provided. The other event, paid for by the association, is a Portland City 4 hour bus tour on Tuesday, with a 1 hour lunch break. Our lunch stop will be at the Pine Street Market in Old Town, Chinatown, downtown Portland. The market has numerous restaurants with a variety of food available. The market is known as the historic Baggage and Carriage Building.
On Wednesday there will be ample free time for everyone to explore the local area on their own time, and see all that Portland has to offer prior to the evening banquet. For the banquet, plans are underway to schedule entertainment and we will have items to raffle off.
Additional information regarding the welcome aboard reception to be held on Sunday, the business meeting, and the event for the ladies will be provided upon arrival at the hotel.
